Perform various human resources duties in areas such as recruiting, employment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, or other special projects. Supports a division by executing on HR initiatives and projects. Helps with data gathering for HR investigations and leads investigations of the smallest in scope. Builds stable working relationships internally. Works under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment. Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience.
