This role is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to lead the development and management of AI/ML platforms and solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will design, deploy, and optimize scalable AI/ML engineering capabilities that directly impact the performance and innovation of products and services. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, and other engineering squads, to deliver reliable, high-performing AI/ML solutions. You will also mentor and guide other engineers, ensuring the adoption of best practices and technical excellence. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone passionate about cutting-edge AI/ML technologies and platform engineering at scale.

**Accountabilities:**

* Lead the design, deployment, and management of AI/ML and LLMOps platforms to support multiple engineering teams
* Develop new product features and enhance platform functionality using industry-standard coding practices
* Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot defects, and ensure robust system performance
* Collaborate with Product, UX, and other teams to align technical and business requirements
* Evaluate, assess, and integrate MLOps and LLMOps platforms for scalability, usability, and resiliency
* Mentor and coach team members on advanced AI/ML technologies, coding standards, and platform best practices
* Participate in technical design and code reviews, ensuring adherence to functional and non-functional requirements

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience through combined education and work
* 8+ years of experience building technology platforms and solutions
* 5+ years of experience with .NET, Python, and Azure platforms and services
* 2+ years of full lifecycle experience with AI/ML models—from development and testing to deployment and monitoring
* 2+ years of experience deploying MLOps and LLMOps platforms
* Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban) and Azure DevOps including source control and CI/CD pipelines
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
* Experience with enterprise-grade engineering platforms, Azure ML Studio, Databricks Mosaic AI, or similar platforms is a plus
