What you'll work on
This is not a maintenance role. You’ll be building foundational capabilities.**
- Expand and strengthen our existing Amazon-based data and AI stack (built on top of Athena and Bedrock)
- Integrate and plug in new internal and external data sources
- Build applications and services (batch and event-driven) on top of enriched datasets
- Create intelligent, proactive signals from the data layer that trigger actions across the organization
What we're looking for
Experience working with LLMs and agentic patterns**
- Hands-on experience using Large Language Models in real applications
- Hands-on experience with AI agents and frameworks (Claude Code, Codex, Strands)
- Understanding of how to integrate AI into data workflows (e.g. agentic RAG systems, chatbots, event-driven agents)
- Understanding of modern agentic patterns - MCP, skills, harness engineering, progressive disclosure, wiggum loops, etc
