Job Description:

We are looking for an AI Engineer to develop a solution that automates patient communication. The main goal of this project is to create an AI system capable of answering phone calls, scheduling and managing appointments, and responding to patient questions clearly and efficiently. The solution should be reliable, user-friendly, and able to integrate with our current operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop an AI system for automated phone support
• Implement features to schedule, modify, and confirm appointments
• Build a system capable of answering common patient questions in real time
• Integrate the solution with our existing tools or systems
• Ensure a clear, professional, and efficient user experience
• Test, optimize, and maintain the system throughout the project

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing AI or automation solutions
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and/or virtual assistants
• Experience with system integration and APIs
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
