What we're looking for
You will primarily work as a consultant, supporting our clients in leveraging AI to strengthen and modernize their testing capabilities. In close collaboration with our AI Innovation team, you will apply and adapt proven methods, tools, and frameworks in real client environments.
For example, your work may include implementing and refining AI assistants and agentic workflows, always keeping quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability in mind. You may also support clients in designing and improving AI-driven test generation solutions, and contribute to practical approaches to running Test Generation as a Service (TaaS).
This position offers a unique opportunity to innovate at the intersection of AI and quality assurance, while working on exciting projects with leading-edge technologies.
- BSc, MSc in Computer Science (or another relevant field).
- Proven experience with development in Python.
- Experience with automated testing (unit testing, integration testing, system testing, etc.).
- Experience developing with generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral).
- Experience with developing applications with generative AI (AI agents, RAG).
- Experience with common frameworks for generative AI and agents (e.g., OpenAI, Pydantic AI, LlamaIndex).
- Experience with code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Claude Code, Antigravity, Open Code).
- Experience with Azure, Google, and AWS cloud services.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and C#.
- Experience with Pytest, Selenium, and Playwright.
- Experience with web development.
- It is a plus if you are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
