The Affiliati Network is looking for an AI Engineer to design and deploy large language model solutions that turn plain-English questions into accurate, explainable insights straight from our SQL data.
This role sits at the intersection of LLMs, analytics, and business decision-making and owns the full lifecycle from idea to production.
AI Engineer Job Description
What you’ll work on
Build and fine-tune LLMs that translate natural language into reliable SQL queries
Create a conversational analytics layer on top of our system-of-record data
Design guardrails that keep insights grounded, accurate, and transparent
Deploy and monitor AI systems used daily by non-technical teams
Optimize for performance, latency, and cost in real production environments
How you’ll make an impact
Enable sales and operations teams to ask business questions in plain English
Turn structured data into insights people can trust and act on
Shape how AI is operationalized across the organization
Own production systems, not just prototypes
What we’re looking for
2+ years of experience in AI engineering, ML, or applied data science
Hands-on experience training or fine-tuning LLMs for production
Strong Python skills and experience working with SQL-based data
Comfort with prompt engineering, retrieval methods, and vector databases
Experience deploying and maintaining AI systems in live environments
What we're looking for
Analytics or BI-focused LLM applications
Zoho Analytics or similar platforms
Workflow automation tools (n8n, Rewst, etc.)
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
MLOps, monitoring, and model versioning experience
