You'll be architecting and building the core product from the ground up.
What you'll work on
- A voice AI agent that answers calls 24/7 with near-human latency
- Possible Integration with ServiceTitan CRM to look up customers, check technician availability, and book jobs directly into dispatch boards. *Not mandatory
- A system that handles high-stress emergency scenarios (burst pipes, no heat) with calm, reliable conversation flow
- A feedback loop that improves the model based on real call transcripts
