Role overview

Who we are

Travel should be exciting to plan—not overwhelming. That’s why, in 2013, four travel lovers set out to change the game. They created Worldia, a platform that makes it easy for travel agencies to build, customize, and book unforgettable trips for their clients—all in just a few clicks.

We partner with travel agencies giving them the tools to offer made-to-measure journeys across 90+ destinations, backed by cutting-edge technology and top-tier customer support.

And because we have a winning formula, we're continuing to drive our growth—expanding internationally, innovating our tech, and welcoming new partners to reimagine the future of travel.

Missions

Worldia is looking for an AI Engineer to help us turn ideas into real, useful tools used in production. This role is hands-on and impact-driven: you’ll work closely with product, data, and business teams to build AI workflows that solve concrete problems.

This role will work cross-functionally with our 3 engineering feature teams. If you enjoy learning fast, building things end-to-end, and seeing your work actually used, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Build and deploy AI-powered workflows with a strong focus on production use
  • Translate business needs into practical AI solutions
  • Analyze and work with data to design relevant AI use cases
  • Use and integrate LLMs and AI tools into existing processes
  • Iterate on solutions based on feedback, usage, and results
  • Support teams in adopting and using AI tools in their daily work
  • Keep an eye on the AI ecosystem and evaluate new tools pragmatically

What we are looking for:

The skill set to succeed:

  • First hands-on experience using AI tools or workflows in production (around 12–18 months)
  • Experience using LLM APIs (classification, summarization, extraction, enrichment)
  • Basic understanding of prompting, context handling, and output validation
  • SQL skills
  • Experience building simple dashboards or reports (Metabase, HubSpot, or similar)

Benefits & Perks

  • Hybrid working model: 2 days remote per week + 4 weeks remote within the EU annually.
  • Well located, beautiful offices in the 17th arrondissement.
  • Access to a mutuelle through Alan.
  • €11.50 lunch vouchers to enjoy great meals (60% paid by Worldia)
  • Discounts on travel and trips.

*Worldia has signed the IDEA Pact (Inclusion - Diversity - Equity - Accessibility) and respects a fair and non-discrimination recruitment process

We are also proud to be certified HAPPY INDEX AT WORK BY CHOOSE MY COMPANY!
