This position is 100% remote.

Overview & Responsibilities:
Work with a leading professional services firm as the Sales Enablement AI Engineering Director. You will serve as the visionary lead and "hands-on" architect for the North American Sales AI Ecosystem. This is a high-stakes, fast-paced initiative designed to transform sales operations—from prospecting to proposal creation—using cutting-edge agentic AI. You will partner closely with the lead platform engineer to deliver a scalable, secure AI infrastructure that leverages the firm’s deep investment in the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will…

Design, build, and refine agentic AI tools and ecosystems specifically for sales tasks like research, client insights, and content generation.
Execute the technical build-out using Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with existing enterprise systems, including Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and Loopio.
Act as a proactive technical advisor, identifying native Microsoft capabilities and out-of-the-box features to accelerate deployment.
Orchestrate development and monitoring workflows with a global support team, including offshore resources in India.
Transition tactical manual efforts into automated AI environments to increase "speed to play" for the business development team.
Document reusable AI patterns and architectures to ensure the ecosystem is scalable and secure.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive experience in AI, architecture, or technical enablement roles.
Expert-level, hands-on experience with the Microsoft AI stack, specifically Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.
Deep technical proficiency in LLMs, agent design, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and Python/API orchestration.
Proven track record of moving AI projects from pilot to large-scale enterprise deployment.
Strong understanding of sales environments or professional services landscapes.
Ability to work 100% autonomously in a "hands-on" capacity without immediate coaching/management duties.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
