Job Summary**
We are seeking an innovative and analytical AI Knowledge Base & Prompt Engineer to design, optimize, and manage AI-driven conversational systems. This role focuses on building structured AI knowledge bases, engineering high-quality prompts, and translating business processes into intelligent conversational logic to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business, IT, and digital teams to ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business impact, high-quality user experiences, and scalable automation.
*Key Responsibilities:
AI Knowledge Base & Prompt Engineering**
- Design, build, and maintain structured AI knowledge bases (FAQs, scripts, workflows, decision trees).
- Engineer, test, and continuously optimize prompts for chatbots, voice bots, and internal AI assistants.
- Translate customer service, sales, and operational processes into AI-ready conversational logic.
- Document prompt logic, AI behavior rules, and governance standards.
