AI Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and develop AI / Machine Learning models for production use

• Train models and perform advanced fine-tuning where required
• Prepare, clean, structure, and evaluate datasets for model training
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and reliability
• Work on AI models supporting both Arabic and English languages
• Prepare models for integration into full AI platforms and systems
• Collaborate closely with product, content, and engineering teams
• Contribute to building end-to-end AI solutions, not isolated models
• Support deployment of models in **cloud and on-premise environments

Core Requirements**

• Proven hands-on experience developing and training AI / ML models
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch
• Solid understanding of model architectures, evaluation, and optimization
• Experience handling real-world data (cleaning, labeling, validation)
• Ability to build models from scratch or enhance existing models
• Strong applied problem-solving mindset with a focus on production systems

Strong Advantages (Highly Valued)

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on experience working with the Arabic language in AI systems
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, or embedding systems
• Experience deploying AI models on-premise or in restricted environments
• Familiarity with model lifecycle management, monitoring, and iteration
• Previous experience working on applied AI products or platforms
