What you'll work on
Design and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to support enterprise AI initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to develop scalable AI solutions.
Evaluate prompt performance and iterate based on testing and feedback.
Document prompt engineering practices for consistency and reuse.
Advise stakeholders on prompt strategies and model behavior.
What we're looking for
Strong understanding of LLMs and how they process input (tokens, context, temperature).
Experience with prompt design techniques (e.g., few-shot, chain-of-thought).
Familiarity with NLP concepts like tokenization and semantic similarity.
Awareness of ethical AI practices and prompt safety.
Basic Python skills for automation and API integration.
Ability to work with platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Vertex AI.
Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
