Role overview

What you'll work on
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, with a focus on Large Language Models and RAG architectures.
- Implement scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning pipelines on AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously optimize models and workflows for robustness, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Conduct research to evaluate new algorithms and integrate state-of-the-art techniques into existing frameworks.
- Document code, workflows, and processes, emphasizing clarity and concise communication.
- Foster a collaborative environment through effective written and verbal communication.
What we're looking for
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with additional cloud platforms and MLOps tools.
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML communities.
