Role overview
This is a full-time remote role for a Data Scientist. The Data Scientist will work on developing advanced data models, performing statistical analyses, and creating actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. The role involves leveraging data science methodologies, conducting data analyses, designing data visualizations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand and address business challenges. The successful candidate will play a key role in refining processes and developing strategies using data.
What we're looking for
- Proficiency in Data Science and Statistics methodologies to create models and insights
- Strong skills in Data Analytics and Data Analysis for large datasets
- Experience in creating impactful Data Visualizations to communicate findings effectively
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar tools, and knowledge of database querying (SQL)
- Strong problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in remote settings
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with healthcare data or knowledge of healthcare compliance is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to present complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences
