Data Scientist – Business Lending Decision Science

What you'll work on

• Design, build, and validate statistical and machine learning models for business processes and credit decisioning by also safeguarding model quality through monitoring, documentation and explainability.
• Gather and analyze data from multiple source systems and translate insights into model enhancements. Contribute to innovations such as alternative data use, new model architectures, and automation of decisioning processes.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, business stakeholders, IT, and policy teams to embed models effectively in the decision making process. Act as a sparring partner for colleagues across Data Science, Credit Risk, and the business lending chain.making process.
