What you'll work on
Support client engagements by analysing data, exploring patterns, and helping frame business and analytical problems.
Assist in developing and evaluating statistical models, machine learning solutions, and AI‑enabled analytics.
Contribute to the design and delivery of data science solutions alongside senior data scientists and data engineers.
Prepare data, features, and documentation to support reproducible and well‑governed analytics.
Communicate findings clearly within project teams and support the translation of insights into business‑focused outputs.
Apply responsible, ethical, and secure data and AI practices across client work.
Develop skills through on‑the‑job learning, training, and mentoring within the Insight practice.
What we're looking for
- Security clearance (SC / BPSS)
- Exposure to machine learning
- Statistics or modelling knowledge
- Generative AI awareness
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with core libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn)
- Deep learning and NLP stacks (PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers)
- Cloud or data platform familiarity
- Data visualisation experience

Hybrid working model with a balance of client site, office, and home working.
