Demand Data Scientist – Europe
Location: Europe (Perfetti Van Melle operating countries)
Work model: Hybrid, with possibility of Fully remote depending on location
Contract: Fixed-term, 6 months (maternity replacement)
Team: Part of the regional Plan & Deliver (P&D) function
What you'll work on
- Turn complex supply chain and commercial data into actionable insights
- Build predictive models to support demand forecasting, identification of data outlier and concrete action for data cleaning.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to support improvements in demand planning and performance tracking
- Partner with Local demand Planning and Global Supply Chain Data & Insight teams across Europe
- Support digitalization and transformation initiatives within P&D

The ideal recipe for our new Demand Data Scientist:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar
- 3–5 years of experience in data science/analytics (FMCG or supply chain preferred)
- Strong skills in statistics, machine learning & predictive modelling
- Experience with programming languages, data visualization & cloud analytics tools
- Fluent in English. Poficient in at least one or more European language is a plus.
- Curious, analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
