What you'll work on
- Data pipeline development: Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines that support GenAI tooling and handle diverse data sources and databases.
- Database & data services: Deploy and manage data services for various use cases, including vector databases used for semantic search, knowledge retrieval and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You also maintain services for conversation history management to enable analytics and insights.
- Data quality & scalability: Ensure high data integrity, accuracy and scalability to meet the performance requirements of GenAI applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers and other stakeholders to support the development and deployment of GenAI solutions.
- Optimization & monitoring: Continuously optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to improve efficiency, reliability and performance.
- Automation & CI/CD: Develop automation and monitoring solutions to support continuous integration and delivery of GenAI models.
- Continuous improvement: Connect real-life chatbot conversations to data pipelines to analyze quality, extract insights and provide feedback for ongoing improvements of GenAI applications.
