You will work on use cases in areas such as computer vision, forecasting, classification, and LLM-enabled workflows, while gaining hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure, and modern engineering practices. This role is intended for someone who enjoys both coding and problem-solving, and who wants to grow from experimentation into production-grade ML delivery.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support the development of ML pipelines for data preparation, training, inference, and evaluation.
  • Contribute to use cases in computer vision, forecasting, classification, and related analytics workflows.
  • Assist in integrating LLMs into pipelines and workflow steps where relevant.
  • Support the development of APIs, jobs, and processing workflows for ML-enabled solutions.
  • Work with Databricks and Azure-based services to manage data and ML workloads.
  • Follow engineering practices such as version control, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate in Scrum with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary team to understand requirements.
  • Continuously develop your practical understanding of ML engineering and MLOps concepts.

What we are looking for:

  • 0-2 years of experience in machine learning, data science, data engineering, software engineering, or a similar role.

  • At minimum a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, mathematics, or a related field.

  • Strong foundation in Python.

  • Familiarity with Azure and Databricks.

  • Familiarity with PySpark, SQL, Git, and GitHub Actions.

  • Basic understanding of machine learning workflows and model lifecycle concepts.

  • Interest in use cases such as classification, forecasting, computer vision, or LLM-enabled pipelines.

  • Interest in agentic engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, or Cursor.

  • Bonus: experience with AzureML, FastAPI, React, TypeScript, or MLflow.

  • Interest in working in Scrum and in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

  • Strong motivation to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge within a multi-disciplinary team environment.

What’s in it for you:

As part of the Data & AI team, you'll join a modern, collaborative environment designed to help you thrive-professionally and personally. Our benefits package includes:

  • Yearly salary review and annual bonus based on company’s results and individual performance
  • Private medical care and employer‑paid life insurance
  • Monthly MyBenefit cafeteria points and holiday reimbursement
  • Access to discounted company products
  • Employee referral rewards up to 3,000 PLN
  • Structured onboarding and continuous learning opportunities
  • Cross‑functional collaboration with global teams
  • Regular HUB events, recognition programs, and a strong culture of teamwork
