We are seeking energetic, forward-thinking professionals to join our Information Technology Center in Prague. You will have the opportunity to work on global teams to identify and tackle the biggest opportunities and challenges at the intersection of healthcare, information and technology. We offer project-based rotations to help with your professional development, and a flat, collaborative environment.
Primary responsibilities:
- Understand the data science problem and work on the solution to maximize the value
- Apply machine learning and other data science methods feasibility studies and prototypes
- Transition successful prototypes to scalable production implementation and deployment
- Deliver enterprise Computer Vision and Image processing projects using classical as well deep learning methods
- Write unit tests and functional tests
- Create packages and libraries
- Possibly collaborate on a front-end or back-end
- Use multiple collaboration DevOps tool such as JIRA, git, and Confluence
- Stay up to date with the machine learning methods and most recent development in Python and its packages
Desired Experience and Skills
- You should be studying Computer sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, or another related field.
- You should have a passion for programming and interest in data science
- Practical knowledge of basic Python language is required, advanced knowledge of Python is a major advantage
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Basic knowledge of statistical methods and techniques for analyzing data is a plus
- Basic knowledge of computer vision or image processing methods is a plus
- Any experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) as SageMaker is a plus
- Strong analytical and logical thinking, focus on results
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication & collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
