Role overview
- Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of related experience.
- Work Experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: Python; Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models (GPT-4, Claude, or Llama); LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar); Prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques; Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB); RESTful APIs; GoLang or Node JS technologies; RDBMS and NoSQL databases (MySQL or DynamoDB); Public Cloud (AWS or Azure); Docker/Kubernetes; GIT; CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins and Ansible); GraphQL; Agile software methodology, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean; and LLMOps practices including observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $134,423.00 - USD $190,200.00 / Year*
- Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
