Machine Learning/AI Engineer**
- T-shaped skill - Will be working with Python, FastAPI's, and Data Pipelines
- This position requires *a knowledge/familiarity with Accounting/Finance areas due to the areas you would be working with (GL, AP, P&L, Accruel, etc)
The company is focused on Data and AI. Using Machine Learning and operational research to create an application to help several verticals with:**
- Massive scale data migrations, conversions, enrichment & curation
- Surface workflows delivering equipment lifecycle optimization
- Geospatial, IOT platforms embedding spatial analytics
- Creation and integration of ML & OR models across different domains
- They have over 250 years of experience on the team now between 17 people.
- Have IntelliJ, AWS, Google
- AWS partner, Microsoft supplier and IBM business partner
- Everything is new development
- Teaming first – Agile 2 weeks sprints, full transparency front end to end. You bring value to the table and have your own identity with the customer, no overhead. They are just a development org. You present directly to the customer and can show them the value you are providing.
- You have full autonomy to operate.
- Run your own sprints, present their work, demos with client. No layers.
- Weekly sessions doing demos for people to learn and catch up
- Rock solid team, everyone is qualified and and has strong skills
- They will learn a lot and it will be an ecosystem of capabilities, skill sets and they can share knowledge with each other.
- Communicate openly and honesty
- Inclusion in all conversations. No difference for contractors.
