- Design and implement robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for large-scale data ingestion from diverse sources including Hadoop, Spark, and SQL databases.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines and ensure efficient database design for high-performance analytics.
- Apply unsupervised learning techniques for clustering, anomaly detection, and pattern recognition within big data environments.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments using cloud services like AWS, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Conduct data mining and natural language processing (NLP) tasks to extract meaningful insights from unstructured data sources.
- Utilize tools such as Looker for data visualization and reporting to communicate findings effectively across teams.
- Engage in model training, validation, tuning, and continuous improvement cycles to enhance accuracy and performance.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing expertise in AI methodologies, model deployment strategies, and advanced analytics solutions.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in developing machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow or similar tools.
- Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), VBA is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Talend for data processing and analytics.
- Expertise in SQL and database design principles for managing large datasets efficiently.
- Practical knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS for model deployment and scalable computing resources.
- Background in natural language processing (NLP), data mining, or AI-driven analytics projects preferred.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques including supervised and unsupervised learning methods.
- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Looker or similar platforms to present insights clearly.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
