Our Data Science & Analytics team builds the intelligence that powers personalised experiences, smarter decision making , and commercial performance across the business. Our ML Engineers work alongside data scientists, data engineers and our operations teams to productionise models, automate workflows, and ensure our solutions run reliably at scale. Together, we're evolving a proven, automated ML platform to keep it reliable, scalable, and ready for the future.
What you'll work on
Solid Python engineering skills, including writing production quality code and working with ML/analytics libraries.
Hands on experience with data engineering workflows: data modelling, pipeline development, and processing of large structured and unstructured datasets (SQL preferred).
Practical experience deploying ML models and analytical applications to cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
Familiarity with modern ML operations practices: model management, monitoring, CI/CD, and reproducible workflows.
Understanding of microservices, containerisation, or orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
