Role overview
As a Senior AI / Computer Vision Engineer (Robotics, ROS) , you wil l develop expertise in imaging science, computer vision, artificial intelligence, and ROS (Robot Operating System). You will participate in full product development through production. You will be expected to demonstrate a level of expertise in specific areas that matches or exceeds the expertise of our customers. You will consult on system architectures and assess technical requirements and competencies needed to produce a high-quality product.
What you'll work on
Represent the client Technologies AI / Computer Vision / ROS group in technical discussions and meetings.
Stay abreast of the latest technologies to provide competitive and cost-effective designs.
Raise the perception of the client ’s acumen in the industry by authoring or presenting white papers.
Lead the development of platform and product architectures in collaboration with technical staff.
Perform independent research and engineering studies.
Effectively consult on multiple projects in parallel.
Develop state-of-the-art algorithms in the field of AI / Computer Vision / ROS.
Translate existing imaging algorithms to the client ’s Robotics platform .
Develop tools for implementing and using AI / ML / ROS designs.
