We are currently looking for a Senior AI Engineer who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Head of AI, your focus will be on developing AI Applications. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for Technology with your capacity for creative AI Solutions. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
What you'll work on
- Design and Architect Advanced AI Solutions
Design, development, and optimization of sophisticated LLM pipelines using advanced techniques including prompt engineering, chain-of-thought reasoning, context management, meta-prompting, and agentic system architectures.
Drive research initiatives to prototype and integrate cutting-edge AI methodologies that enhance model performance for production use cases.
Architect and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems to enable intelligent information management across organizational departments.
- Drive Process Automation and Efficiency
Design and implement enterprise-grade automated workflows and AI agents using platforms such as ChatGPT Agents, n8n, or comparable workflow automation tools.
Lead initiatives to streamline critical business processes through intelligent automation, delivering measurable efficiency gains and resource optimization.
- AI Product Development
Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation through production deployment, ensuring rapid iteration while maintaining quality standards.
Provide technical mentorship across cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong project ownership and stakeholder communication.
Establish and maintain robust evaluation frameworks and reporting pipelines to ensure continuous system improvement
