The Growth team at Robinhood is responsible for growing Robinhoodâs users, assets and revenue. We achieve this by building compelling product experiences & incentives aimed at getting more users to join Robinhood and grow their assets with us over time.
We're looking for a dedicated, ambitious Data Scientist to join our Growth Data Science team. In this role, helping the growth team identify high-impact opportunities, design & analyze experiments, and build models to target incentives at the right users to maximize ROI.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhoodâs equity plan.
