Role overview
The Senior Data Scientist is responsible for developing and maintaining data analytics solutions and machine learning algorithms. The position is direct hire and onsite, located in Arlington, VA.
What you'll work on
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in an analytical field with at least
10 years
of experience, or a master’s degree in data science or a related discipline, along with strong proficiency in Python and data manipulation libraries such as Spark, Pandas, or Polars.
Experience applying artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques including supervised and unsupervised learning, distributed ML frameworks, and AI model evaluation is required, with preferred exposure to PySpark using the Spark SQL API, AI-driven analytics, data visualization using native Python libraries, software development best practices, simulation methodologies, and open-source optimization tools.
