What we're looking for
- Applied Data Science experience: Hands-on experience building data science or ML solutions with real business relevance
- Strong analytical foundation: Solid knowledge of statistics, feature engineering, and model evaluation - and when not to use complex models.
- Production mindset: Experience or strong interest in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining models in production
- Collaboration skills: Proven ability to work effectively with engineering and platform teams
- Consulting experience: Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, or a clear ability to think pragmatically, ask the right questions, and adapt to context.
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and pragmatically
- Language skills: Very good English skills; German is a big advantage
