Robinhood operates at the intersection of data-driven insights and technological innovation. As a Senior ML Engineer, you will aid ML engineers in identifying and deploying critical models that bolster predictability across Robinhood businesses, products, and operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting a highly reliable and scalable infrastructure, making the deployment of ML and Gen AI effortless for all enthusiasts.
We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to accelerate the development and expansion of products powered by Gen AI and ML. In this role, you'll play a key part in Robinhoodâs forward trajectory, collaborating closely with our adept Data Science and Engineering teams. The ML Platform team is devoted to bridging the transition of Gen AI & ML modeling work into production-grade applications, by providing a robust and scalable platform-as-a-service. This initiative is geared towards accelerating AI & ML integration, ensuring a seamless meld into the Robinhood infrastructure, and guaranteeing reliable product launches.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhoodâs equity plan.
