Senior Python GenAI Engineer

. 7+ years of overall software development experience

. 5+ years of experience working with AWS and AI/ML technologies

. Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django

. Proven experience building and deploying generative AI or machine learning solutions

. Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face

. Experience working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI models, custom transformers, Stable Diffusion, etc.)

. Solid understanding of REST APIs and system integrations

. Experience deploying and managing solutions in AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, IAM, CloudFormation, SageMaker, EMR, Redshift)

. Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

. Experience troubleshooting complex production issues and performing root cause analysis

. Ability to optimize performance, scalability, and cost within AWS environments

. Comfortable working in Agile environments (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

. Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

. Detail-oriented with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, well-documented code

. Preferred: AWS certifications (i.e., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer) AI/ML or cloud-related certifications (i.e., AWS Certified Machine Learning)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $95,800.00 - $136,400.00.
