Role overview
The AI Infrastructure teamâs mission is to provide a robust, agile, and centralized AI platformâempowering teams across Robinhood to rapidly build, deploy, and iterate on high-quality Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) applications at scale.
As a Software Engineer, youâll help evolve our ML platform and services to support scalable, reliable, and secure model development and deployment. Youâll work closely with Data Scientists and Applied ML Engineers to build foundational systems that accelerate experimentation, improve model observability, and drive business impact through AI.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhoodâs equity plan.
