Role overview
We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to partner with our engineering team and founders to identify, attract, and close top talent. This role blends art and science—you'll be a key advisor shaping Notion's future by bringing on exceptional technical talent while maintaining our high standards. We will look to you to coach our technical hiring teams, create recruiting best practices, source incredible future Notinos, and manage pipelines across San Francisco and NYC.
What you'll work on
Own the recruiting process from sourcing through close, ensuring the candidate experience is thoughtful and warm every step of the way
Build strong and strategic partnerships with Engineering to ensure Notion is hiring the right talent at the right time to achieve our goals
Develop and lead creative, multi-channel recruiting strategies that raise our talent bar while staying disciplined and intentional about diversity and inclusion
Inspire candidates throughout all stages of the interview process
Make informed, data-driven decisions that build efficiencies into the recruiting process
