At theBlue.ai, we're a team of technology enthusiasts developing advanced AI/ML solutions for the business and healthcare sectors. We specialize in NLP, LLMs, predictive analytics, and computer vision, collaborating closely with experts in VR/MR, IoT, web development, and SAP.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models to production, including projects involving LLMs
- Strong knowledge of Python (clean code, OOP, code reviews, ML libraries)
- Solid understanding of NLP techniques and tools, both classical and LLM-based
- Experience working with vector databases, semantic search engines, embeddings, RAG architecture, and agent-based systems
- Hands-on experience deploying solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Skills in prompt engineering and LLM optimization
- Familiarity with Docker
- An analytical mindset with a focus on solution quality
- A proactive and creative approach to solving business problems
- Strong communication skills with both technical teams and clients
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- A university degree in IT, Data Science, or a related field
- Background in consulting companies and direct client interaction
- Familiarity with MLOps methodologies and tools
- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs
- Integration of AI/ML solutions with business systems (e.g. SAP)
- Experience working with the Databricks platform
- GitHub portfolio showcasing your work
- German language skills

The recruitment process is fully remote and consists of just two stages:
- After an initial review of applications, our recruiter will reach out to selected candidates for a short phone call
- In the second stage, you’ll meet us via Microsoft Teams – you’ll talk with two team members, including the Team Leader, so that you get a full understanding of the position
