My expertise spans across leading the development of various complex systems, such as AI-driven recommendation platforms, resume management tools, and psychological assessment systems. As a Technical Director at Zhejiang Alpha Human Resources Co., Ltd., I was responsible for the architecture, development, and optimization of major products across platforms (Web, Android, Windows, Mac). I also played a pivotal role in algorithm development for AI-driven products, including job recommendation and candidate prediction systems.
