I began my journey in software development as a selftaught learner during middle school. In my three years of high school, I took a technical course focused on programming, followed by a year working as full-stack web developer. This foundation prepared me well for my Computer Science degree, giving me an edge in understanding its nuances and enabling me to ask more advanced questions to my professors. Throughout my four years of college, I gained valuable experience working at various companies, culminating in my tenure at NIC.br (Information and Coordination Center of .BR), the executive arm of CGI.br (Brazilian Internet Steering Committee). At NIC.br, I refined my skills in fullstack web development and specialized in native Android development. Afterwards, I took the leap to co-fund a startup, which grew into a thriving software house. We successfully delivered diverse projects leveraging a wide range of technologies, including extensive work in blockchain development during our later years. This period allowed me to evolve significantly both as a developer and a leader. My advanced experience set me apart from my peers, fostering a natural leadership spirit and a drive to guide others toward achieving the best results. Leading teams has taught me the importance of listening, inclusivity, delegation, and collaborative discussion. I excel in architecting solutions, understanding customer and stakeholder demands, documenting requirements, and planning and documenting solution structures. Recently, I have also ventured into discovery processes and project roadmap management. - Proficient Smart Contract developer on Ethereum, Solana, Flow and Neo. - Proficient Web developer using React, Typescript, Next and Tailwind. - Proficient Backend developer using Typescript with GraphQL or Express and Kotlin with Jersey. - Proficient Database engineer using PostgreSQL, MariaDB and other relational and non-relational techs.
