Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Engineer to join our team and drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem . This position is well-suited for candidates with a background in software engineering, data science, or machine learning who excel at developing production-grade AI applications utilizing Microsoft platforms such as M365, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry, and have at least one year of relevant experience.
Qualification
Strong software development background with proficiency in Python.
- Experience with API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments.
- Hands-on experience with LLM models such as OpenAI GPTs, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, or Mistral.
- Expertise in applying prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and reliability.
- Experience in implementing robust evaluation frameworks and Responsible AI (RAI) practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft GenAI/Agentic AI ecosystem such as M365, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams .
