What we're looking for
- Build and deploy AI chatbots using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) or rule-based/NLU systems (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow).
- Create and optimize conversation flows, intent recognition, and slot-filling logic.
- Apply prompt engineering and context management techniques to improve chatbot responses.
- Integrate chatbots with third-party services, internal tools, and APIs.
- Monitor chatbot performance and continuously improve based on feedback and analytics.
- Work with UX/UI teams to design intuitive chat interfaces.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- 2+ years experience developing chatbots or conversational AI applications.
- Proficiency in Python or Node.js, and experience with chatbot frameworks (LangChain, Rasa, Botpress, etc.).
- Familiarity with LLMs and conversational prompt design.
- Experience integrating chatbots with messaging platforms (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp, web chat).
- Understanding of user behavior and chatbot UX best practices.
- Knowledge of multilingual NLP and voice assistants (e.g., Alexa, Google Assistant).
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and chatbot analytics tools.
