Experience (Total & Relevant) : 5-7 yrs Education Qualifications : Any Graduate or Postgraduate Languages: English Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and inclusive Software Developer with a strong background in Java and Python. The ideal candidate will join our team to design, develop, and implement software solutions that align with our company's objectives. Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages. Experience with software development frameworks and libraries relevant to Java and Python. Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.

Overall Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain software applications using Java and Python. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and interpret requirements. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Recommend software upgrades for existing applications, as necessary. Document all work for future reference, including coding standards and software methodologies.

Technical Skills: Core Programming:

Strong expertise in Java SE and EE. Proficiency in Python with a good understanding of its ecosystems.

Web Development:

Knowledge of web frameworks such as Django or Flask for Python and Spring for Java. Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.

Database Management:

Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases. Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.

DevOps:

Experience with version control, such as Git. Understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of software development experience with Java and Python. A portfolio of previous work demonstrating proficiency in both languages.

Day-to-Day Activities:

Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code. Conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging applications. Participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Collaborating with team members on project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Java and Python are desirable.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. A commitment to continuous learning and growth in a collaborative environment. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and challenges.
