About Us
We build AI-driven personalized solutions for AI fashion customization and AI hair & nail beauty. Our products deliver intelligent design, virtual try‑on, real‑time styling preview, and one‑click customization for global users. We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer to join our LA team and lead core algorithm & system development.
Job Summary
You will design, build, and deploy production‑grade AI systems for fashion design, hairstyle/nail art generation, 3D reconstruction, virtual fitting, and personalization recommendation. You will work closely with product, design, and front‑end teams to ship scalable, high‑quality AI features.
What we're looking for
Develop and fine‑tune generative AI models (AIGC, Diffusion, GAN, ControlNet) for fashion styling, hairstyle, and nail art effects.
Build computer vision pipelines for body/face/hand measurement, pose estimation, virtual try‑on, and real‑time rendering.
Design and implement personalization & recommendation systems based on user preference, style, and scene.
Construct and clean fashion & beauty datasets, conduct feature engineering, and optimize model accuracy & inference speed.
Deploy AI models to cloud (AWS/GCP) with API services, monitoring, drift detection, and auto‑retraining.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and product roadmaps.
Research state‑of‑the‑art AI/ML technologies and apply them to product innovation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
2+ years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering, model development, and deployment.
Proficiency in Python; experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow; familiar with OpenCV, PIL, etc.
Strong knowledge of generative AI, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
Experience with model fine‑tuning (LoRA/DreamBooth), inference optimization, and MLOps.
Experience building and deploying AI APIs (FastAPI/Flask) on cloud platforms.
Good communication skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment.
Experience in fashion tech, beauty AI, virtual try‑on, or 3D reconstruction.
Familiar with ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, or AIGC workflow development.
Experience with 3D modeling, rendering, or real‑time image processing.
Portfolio or GitHub link showing relevant AI projects or publications.
