What you'll work on
- Design and develop sophisticated AI solutions including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and other generative AI applications
- Engineer and optimize prompts for various business use cases, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and performance of AI systems
- Build end-to-end AI pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring in production environments
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
- Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, A/B testing, and continuous integration/deployment for AI systems
- Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their applicability to insurance and reinsurance business problems
- Build and foster relationships with business leaders and clients to understand their needs and become a trusted partner in AI innovation
What we're looking for
- Experience with Palantir ecosystem
- Specific experience in the insurance industry
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week
For Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between CHF 106,000 and CHF 158,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.
