Role overview
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in production environments, especially with generative AI and LLM technologies
- Generative AI and agent architectures: LLM technologies (e.g. Azure OpenAI / Foundry, Databricks Agent Bricks, LangChain, Semantic Kernel), RAG methods, and multi-agent solutions
- Experience with cloud services (Azure / AWS / GCP) and building cloud infrastructure for ML needs using IaC tools
- Experience in production deployment and solution operations using technologies such as Azure AI/ML Services, Databricks, MLOps/LLMOps, evaluation and guardrail tools
- Programming skills, especially Python but a background in Java or C# is also beneficial
- Experience with CI/CD processes and DevOps ways of working
- A passion for solving customer needs and exploring the latest technologies and methods (e.g. multi-agent architectures and collaboration mechanisms, self-optimizing AI agents, agent skills, advanced knowledge and memory management solutions, etc.)
- Fluent in French or Dutch, and English
- Experience with a consultative approach, the ability to listen, discuss, spar, and formulate solution proposals
