Job Description:
Lead the design and development of AI solutions, driving innovation and technical excellence from concept through implementation. Guide the build of advanced ML/LLM applications, ensuring high performance, quality, and safety. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate business priorities across AI ‘plays’ into scalable AI products. Mentor and direct a small, high-performing engineering team to deliver impact quickly and reliably.

Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Proficiency in agentic frameworks
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing AI models
- Strong programming skills, e.g., Python/TypeScript
