This is a completely remote role and can work anywhere in the US.

RECUR is building the future of digital collectibles on-chain, known as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) – the newest Unicorn industry.

Global brands are interested in venturing into NFTs to establish new connections with their fans. However, they are very careful about who they work with, especially in the cutting-edge world of blockchain. RECUR is founded by the perfect blend of leaders in the brand licensing space and technology leaders from top cryptocurrency exchanges, digital asset trading desks, financial institutions, and blockchain software companies. Investors include Joseph Lubin, co-founder of Ethereum, Winklevoss Twins, Courtside VC, Hashed, and many more.

RECUR is seeking a Product/Data Analyst to join its team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will support RECUR’s global user base, ensuring safety on the platform as customers interact with some of the largest brands in the world entering the nascent and growing NFT space.

What you will do at RECUR

Lead analytics projects to completion
Measure business performance, develop core metrics and create dashboards to track and understand them
Identify data, metrics and analyses needs for business partners; Initiate, develop and maintain data pipelines and data models that powers dashboards and data products with outstanding craftsmanship
Perform deep analyses and build models to understand customer behavior (retention, conversion, referrals etc.), develop customer personas, product/inventory demand and extract key insights that impact product decisions
Synthesize data learnings into compelling stories and communicate them throughout RECUR
Act as a strategic partner to functional teams, RECUR executives and a liaison between internal data and brand partnerships; initiate and execute on data-driven analyses to help prioritize opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
Prototype new analytics & machine learning models that improve both our insights and the product directly
Work across multiple subject matter experts to drive new data initiatives, automation of reports, establish best practices and mentor junior members in the team
Work with the broader Data team to find ways to scale our insights through better systems and automation
Partner with Product Ops and Product teams on quantifying the impact of product changes on our users

What you bring to RECUR:

3+ years relevant experience
BA / BS degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience working with large datasets
Excellent analytical skills; strong SQL, Excel and data visualization skills
Outstanding analytical ability, communication, and presentation skills
Expertise using data insights to drive business and operational goals
Be able to independently create plans for analytics projects and build collaboration within the team.
Ability to organize & prioritize workload, and work independently
An interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFTs
