Role Overview:

As our Marketing Data Analyst, you'll serve as the data research backbone for our marketing campaigns. You'll dive deep into both internal product data and external market datasets to uncover insights that validate our marketing narratives and support content creation.

What you'll do:

Receive campaign briefs and independently research internal and external data to uncover insights that strengthen marketing narratives
Mine product analytics, user behavior data, and business metrics to validate campaign messaging
Source and analyze external industry datasets, market research, and competitive intelligence
Transform raw data findings into persuasive data stories for campaigns, content, and sales materials
Provide analytical support for GTM strategy development and execution
Develop automated dashboards and query layers for GTM teams
Set up data pipelines and mechanisms to keep stats, metrics and time-sensitive data up to date

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in data analysis or data science (marketing experience not required).
Proficiency in Python (pandas, Jupyter) and strong SQL skills.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Experience with LLM/GenAI workflows and tools preferred.
Proven track record of translating data into business insights and recommendations.
Comfort working with raw data - able to clean, normalize, and model data independently.
Strong interest in go-to-market strategy and eagerness to apply data skills in a marketing context.
High agency and independence with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong communicator who can interface effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
