**Role Description**
This is a

, ideal for a motivated engineer eager to apply machine learning in a commercial environment that moves fast and values autonomy.
As a
**Junior AI & Machine Learning Engineer**
, you’ll contribute directly to the development of ClickMint’s AI-driven experimentation engine — working on LLM orchestration, neural network modeling, behavioral clustering, and real-time pattern recognition across massive eCommerce datasets.
You’ll collaborate with our engineering, data science, and optimization teams to:
* Develop and deploy ML models that diagnose conversion friction in real time
* Build neural network architectures and decision-support systems for optimization recommendations
* Conduct large-scale statistical analyses and A/B inference testing
* Train, test, and refine models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps frameworks
* Push production-grade AI models live to impact client results within days — not months
This is a hands-on engineering role where your work translates directly into measurable revenue outcomes for major eCommerce brands.
