Role:
AI/ML Engineer
Location:
Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days/week from office)
Duration:
12 months
What you'll work on
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production environments
- Build and optimize data pipelines for training and inference
- Develop models using supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques
- Work with structured and unstructured data
- Perform model evaluation, tuning, and optimization
- Deploy models using APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
- Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed
- Stay updated with latest trends in AI/ML and GenAI
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation
- Knowledge of SQL and data handling
- Familiarity with REST APIs and model deployment
