Role overview
This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Prompt Engineer. The AI Prompt Engineer will design, evaluate, and refine AI models' prompts to optimize responses and ensure desired outcomes across private markets use cases (PE / Private Credit). The role includes collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, conducting research, analyzing results, and iterating on prompt designs across leading LLMs. The engineer will also be responsible for documenting best practices, creating training datasets, and staying up-to-date with advancements in generative AI and natural language processing (NLP).
What we're looking for
- Proficiency in designing and testing complex AI prompts across leading LLMs.
- Strong skills in AI/ML concepts.
- Experience with building MCP servers is a huge plus.
- Experience in Python or other programming languages is a plus.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus (PE / Private Credit).
- Exceptional problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to work both independently and within a team in hybrid and remote settings.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
