Lead groundbreaking AI research at our Tampa-based lab to revolutionize how companies assess talent. You'll publish papers, develop novel algorithms, and push the boundaries of conversational AI and candidate evaluation.
What you'll work on
- Conduct original research in AI, NLP, and speech technologies for interview applications
- Develop novel algorithms for personality assessment, skill evaluation, and candidate matching
- Publish research findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, EMNLP)
- Collaborate with ML engineers to transition research into production systems
- Explore emerging AI techniques including multimodal learning and foundation models
What we're looking for
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- 6+ years of research experience in AI/ML (academic or industry)
- Track record of publications in top-tier AI conferences
- Deep expertise in NLP, speech processing, or computer vision
- Strong programming skills in Python and deep learning frameworks
