Role overview
The AI Researcher and Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence solutions that improve business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation. This role combines deep research in machine learning and data science with hands-on software development to bring AI models from concept to production.
What you'll work on
• Conduct research and experiments in areas such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and generative AI.
• Design, train, and evaluate AI models using datasets relevant to business needs.
• Develop and deploy scalable AI applications or tools using programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
• Work with data engineers to prepare and preprocess data for model training and evaluation.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and academic research to propose innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders) to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Document methodologies, experiments, and findings for internal knowledge sharing.
• Optimize model performance for accuracy, speed, and resource efficiency.
